Why  am I interested in self -reliant model at this point of life??

Let us first define Self reliant

Self reliant can be defined as being confident in your own abilities and able to do things for yourself. If you are self-reliant, you are able to do things and make decisions by yourself

Now let us go into details at what level can self reliant model run successfully

1. Family level if there are 5-10 member's with common goals to achieve this.

2. Village or city level. A city can become self reliant model if management know how to spend residents money wisely to create a stream of income or produce all basic resources needed for good life.

3. Province level self reliant model , this is fairly easy to have a province that is not dependent on federal grants or importing basic necessity stuff.

3. Country level - Country level self reliant model is best. I never understood this global models where mafia is global but individuals are isolated. There is no communication between neighbors in the same city but all kind of criminal groups are international.

What one need for self reliant model.

Let us be practical and consider modern life standards

1. The very first need is water and food. If managed wisely these two resources were always there to feed all citizens/residents. Our village have achieved it in the past until they wanted luxuries and messed up the model.

2. Simple clothing to wear according to weather of the place you live in.

3. Home (includes building and living people who supports each other.

4. Means of Transportation - Considering Alberta winters this is a necessity

5. Phone : This was never a necessity but surprisingly every family paying at least $500 per month for this stupid device and services.

How difficult is to provide $150 phone services per family ,not very difficult with these so called self serve menus option press 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 -lol.

If you are hiring minimum staff for services why we are paying so much for these stupid devices and services?

How difficult is to balance a budget of a province if we know how to utilize our work force wisely??

I never understand why debt on municipal bodies , provinces and countries is going up and up every year.

Perhaps managers are not doing their job. right?

Why  am I interested in self reliant model????

Because after 15-18 years of working hard like a bull I can not afford Canadian life style. Seniors who spend 50-60 working hard for Canada can not afford the simple life style with pension.
